I'm Natalie Brooks, Registered Dietitian & Wellness Coach. Like many people I work with today, I spent years believing health was something I had to earn through perfection, control, and discipline. No matter how many plans I followed or rules I tried to stick to, lasting results always felt out of reach.

What changed wasn't another diet or meal plan. It was learning to work with my body instead of against it. That experience became the foundation of the approach I use with clients today.
